What data we process

Sign-in. Kryptoluotsi uses your DicVerbum account. When you sign in, DicVerbum passes Kryptoluotsi only an internal user identifier used to open your session. Kryptoluotsi never sees your password. Account details such as your email address are processed in DicVerbum.
Session. While you are signed in, a strictly necessary session cookie is stored in your browser. The session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or when you sign out of Kryptoluotsi. Signing out of DicVerbum does not immediately end an open Kryptoluotsi session; it ends within 30 minutes at the latest.
Language choice. The language you choose is stored only in your browser.
Server logs. The server records technical log data, such as IP address, time and requested page, for security and troubleshooting.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to provide the service, handle sign-in and keep the service secure. Processing is based on your use of the service (contract) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Cookies

We use only the session cookie required for sign-in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Disclosure and retention

Data is not sold or disclosed for marketing. The service runs on servers of a Finnish hosting provider. Session data is deleted when the session ends, and logs are kept only as long as needed for security.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send your request to info@rujos.fi. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
